VCD T-shirt Design Contest 2017

• Theme

To design graphics on white T-shirt under a concept of “Design for Life”. The appliance can use any techniques to draw graphics on the provided 100lb paper (A3) and finish it within 2 hours on the competition day.

• Who may enter

Applicants must be a graduating student in High School or grade 12 diplomas,  age not more than 20 years old with GPA. at least 2.5.

• Require documents

1. Application form
2. A photocopy of ID. card or passport
3. A photocopy of the latest transcript

• Winners Prizes

The first place winner  4 years scholarship in VCD program*
Two runner-ups             1 year scholarship in VCD program*

*If the winner or the runner-ups is unavailable to study in ABAC – VCD program in the academic year 2018, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. No cash alternative or substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. Limit one prize per person per contest.

•  Judging Criteria

Based on the following criteria;

Creativity 30%
Communication 30%
Beauty 30%
Artistic Skill 10%

• License

By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable worldwide license to Assumption University, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit), in any media now or hereafter known

• หัวข้อในการแข่งขัน

ออกแบบกราฟิกบนเสื้อยืดสีขาว ภายใต้แนวคิด “การออกแบบเพื่อชีวิต” (Design for Life) ผู้เข้าแข่งขันสามารถใช้เทคนิคอะไรก็ได้เพื่อวาดภาพลงบนกระดาษ 100 ปอนด์ ขนาด A3 ที่กรรมการจัดเตรียมไว้ให้ และต้องทำผลงานให้เสร็จภายในเวลา 2 ชั่วโมงในวันแข่งขัน

• คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะต้องจบการศึกษาหรือกำลังจะจบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือเทียบเท่า อายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี และมีเกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ต่อกว่า 2.5

3. สำเนาผลการเรียนเทอมล่าสุด

• รางวัล

• รางวัลชนะเลิศ 1 รางวัล ทุนการศึกษาตลอด 4 ปี*
• รางวัลชมเชย 2 รางวับ ทุนการศึกษา 1 ปี*

*หากผู้ชนะไม่สามารถศึกษาต่อในภาควิชาการออกแบบนิเทศศิลป์ (VCD) มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ ภายในปีการศึกษา 2018 รางวัลจะถูกเรียกคืนเพื่อมอบให้ผู้ชนะลำดับถัดไป รางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินหรือสิ่งขออย่างอื่นได้ และผู้ชนะไม่สามารถโอนรางวัลให้เป็นสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่นได้ จำกัดผู้ชนะหนึ่งคนต่อหนึ่งรางวัลเท่านั้น

• หลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน

กรรมการจะตัดสินผลงานตามเกณฑ์ต่อไปนี้

• ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 30%
• แนวคิดและการสื่อสาร 30%
• ความงาม             30%
• ทักษะในการวาดภาพ 10%

• ลิขสิทธิ์

มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญมีสิทธิ์ที่จะนำผลงานของผู้เข้าแข่งขัน และผู้ชนะทุกคนไปเผยแพร่ สามารถทำซ้ำ แจกจ่าย และจัดแสดงโดยใส่ชื่อของผู้ออกแบบไว้ในสื่อต่างๆ ได้

• กำหนดการ

การแข่งขันจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2560 เวลา 10:00-12:00 น. ที่มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ วิทยาเขตสุวรรณภูมิ อาคารคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ ห้อง CA1103 ผู้สมัครจะต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์ในการวาดภาพมาเอง เช่น สีน้ำ สีโปสเตอร์ สีไม้ ดินสอ ยางลบ ฯลฯ

ผลการตัดสินและพิธีมอบรางวัลจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2560 เวลา 13:00 น. ห้อง CA1103
